To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. You’ll need 1 pound of ground beef, 1 can of tomato soup, 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, 1 package of instant mashed potatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Next, spoon the beef mixture on top of the mashed potatoes, spreading it out until it’s evenly distributed. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Once it’s done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
