Ingredients:
– 1 lb of ground beef, lamb, or turkey
– 1/2 cup of chopped onion

– 1/2 cup of green peas
– 1/2 cup of corn kernels
– 2 tbsp of tomato paste
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/4 tsp of thyme
– Salt and pepper
– 4 cups of mashed potatoes
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Take a large skillet, cook onion until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Then add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
5. After cooking and draining liquid from meat and vegetables mixture, add to baking dish.
6. Layer the mashed potatoes on top.
7. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

3. Drain potatoes and mash with heated mixture.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F.
5. In a separate skillet, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook till browned.
6. Mix in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 1 minute.
7. Add in beef broth, peas, carrots, corn, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and salt/pepper.
8. Bring to boil.
9. Bake mixture for 25-30 minutes.
