First, cook the rice noodles according to the package directions and set them aside. In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, red pepper flakes, ginger, and paprika. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds to a minute, until the sauce is heated through.
