Carbonara Recipe Chicken

Once the spaghetti is cooked, remove it from the heat and reserve a cup of the pasta water. In a separate bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs and the grated parmesan cheese.

In the same skillet as before, add in the diced bacon and cook till it becomes crispy. Turn off the heat and add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Pour the egg and parmesan cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti and then slowly and continuously mix it together until the spaghetti is coated evenly.

Add the reserved pasta water gradually and whisk continuously until you get the desired consistency. Top the spaghetti with chicken and bacon, and sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves.
