In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Next, mix in the graham cracker crumbs, chopped milk chocolate, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving a few inches between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
