Chinese Buffet Seafood Casserole
This Chinese Buffet Seafood Casserole is a crowd-pleaser and will have your guests asking for seconds. This dish is made with a variety of seafood including shrimp, crab, and scallops, mixed with a creamy, cheesy sauce that is topped with crunchy breadcrumbs. The best part is that it’s super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 lb cooked scallops
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked seafood to the mixing bowl and stir gently. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the seafood mixture, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

This Korean Seafood Pancake, also known as Haemul Pajeon, is a traditional Korean dish that is a savory pancake loaded with a variety of seafood. It’s perfect as a main dish or served as an appetizer at your next party or gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb squid (cleaned and sliced)
- 1/2 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 small zucchini (julienned)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, and egg until a smooth batter forms.
- Add the squid, shrimp, green onions, and zucchini to the mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in the batter and spread it evenly in the skillet.
- Cook the pancake for 3-4 minutes on each side or until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pancake from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate. Cut into slices, then serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.
