- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
- Add in the shrimp, scallops, roasted red pepper, red onion, and chopped basil. Toss until everything is combined.
