Asian Seafood Recipe
Meet crumb kisses! A delicious starter that combines juicy shrimp, crispy panko breadcrumbs, and spicy mayo for that extra kick. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/4 cup Japanese mayo
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Start by mixing the panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip the shrimp in the egg, and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Heat the oil in a deep skillet, and fry the shrimp until they’re golden brown and crispy. Drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Now, let’s make the sauce! Mix the Japanese mayo and Sriracha sauce together until well combined. Serve the crumb kisses with the spicy mayo on the side.
