Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with the olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until the squash is coated evenly.
- Spread the squash cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
