Hamburger Casserole Recipe
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4oz chow mein noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess fat and stir in the tomato soup, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
