- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
Instructions
- Clean the cabbage and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage with the salt and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Prepare the spice paste by mixing all the remaining ingredients together.
- After 2 hours, rinse the cabbage 3-4 times to remove the salt.
- Drain and dry the cabbage using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- Mix the cabbage with the spice paste in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar and seal it tightly.
- Let the jar rest at room temperature for 1-2 days.
- After 1-2 days, transfer the jar to the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 week before consuming.

Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
