Paneer Tikka Masala Gravy
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons oil/ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate cubed paneer with salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated paneer from all sides till golden brown. Remove from pan and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add oil/ghee and chopped onions. Sauté till they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and sauté till oil separates.
- Add fresh cream and stir well.
- Add water as required, and let the curry simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add fried paneer cubes, kasuri methi, garam masala powder and stir well.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan/rice.

- Add fried paneer cubes, kasuri methi and let the curry simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan/rice.
