• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 large onion, chopped

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and paprika.
2. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker, and add tomatoes, yogurt, cream, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve over rice or with your favorite bread.
