Deep Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

-24 oz cream cheese, softened
-1 1/2 cups sugar
-1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-4 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup sour cream

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
2. In a food processor, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
