Cheesecake Recipe Easy Oreo

Hey everyone, today I wanted to share with you a delicious dessert recipe that I recently found online. It’s an easy no-bake Oreo cheesecake that is simply irresistible. Trust me, you won’t be able to stop at just one slice!

To start off, let’s take a look at the ingredients you’ll need:

Ingredients:
– 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Now, let’s get started on making this amazing dessert!

First, you’ll need to crush up the Oreos. You can use a food processor or simply put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Once they are crushed, mix them with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined. In yet another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Next, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan. Crush up some additional Oreos and sprinkle them over the top. Then, spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the Oreos. Crush up some more Oreos and sprinkle them on top to finish it off.

Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Once it’s done chilling, remove from the refrigerator and release the springform pan. Cut yourself a slice, and enjoy!
