– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 5 tbsp unsalted butter
– 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

– Lemon slices, for garnish
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
