When it comes to dinner time, nothing beats a delicious and filling chicken dish. One of my favorite ways to prepare chicken is by making a succulent Chicken Escalope. It is easy to make and will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
To start off, you will need some boneless chicken breasts. I usually like to flatten them out with a meat mallet until they are about 1/4-inch thick. Once you have done that, season them with salt and pepper.
Next, you will need to prepare the breading. In a shallow bowl, mix together some flour, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. In another bowl, whisk an egg with a little bit of milk. Coat your chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture. Finally, coat them with the flour mixture again.
Now for the toppings. You can choose any toppings you like, but my absolute favorite is ham and cheese. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Heat up some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Now, let’s move on to the recipe. Here is what you will need:
Ingredients:
