Today, I’m excited to share with you my delicious Beef Teriyaki recipe! This dish is one of my absolute favorites, and I know you’ll love it too. The combination of tender beef and sweet, savory teriyaki sauce will have your taste buds begging for more.
To start, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp. grated ginger
– 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
– 1/4 cup cornstarch
– sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
To make the teriyaki sauce, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Whisk together until the sugar has dissolved.
Next, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the beef.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the beef teriyaki over steamed rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
