Today I have an amazing recipe to share with you all! This Baked Frittata is the perfect dish for breakfast, brunch or even dinner. It’s packed with amazing flavors that will leave you wanting more.

To start off, let’s take a look at the ingredients you will need:

– 6 eggs
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 1 arugula bunch
– 1 large portobello mushroom
– 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp of olive oil

Now that we have everything we need, let’s get started with the recipe.

First, preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish with a little bit of olive oil.

Next, we are going to saute our arugula and portobello mushrooms. Heat up a frying pan over medium heat and add your olive oil. Once it’s heated up, add your arugula and mushrooms and toss it around in the pan until it’s wilted and cooked through.
