Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, sprinkle salt and pepper on top, and bake in the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Once it’s done, you can add some more fresh basil on top for extra flavor.
