Hey folks, let me share with you one of my favorite dishes – Chicken Crepes! This dish is perfect for dinner or a special occasion. It’s a simple yet delicious recipe that you’ll love!
Chicken Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In another small bowl, whisk eggs and milk together, then pour the mixture into the large mixing bowl with flour and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooked and shredded chicken with cream of mushroom soup.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto each crepe, then roll it up.
- Place the rolled crepes in a baking dish, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F until cheese is melted and golden brown.
