Crepe Cake Recipe
For the cake, you’ll need:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
For the filling, you can use your favorite flavor of whipped cream, jam or even chocolate. I personally love using a mix of whipped cream and berries for a fresh taste and pop of color.
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and melted butter until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and swirl it to make an even thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until edges start to brown. Flip and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat until all batter is used.
- Let the crepes cool. Then, start layering them with your filling of choice. Stack crepes and filling on top of each other until desired height is reached.
- To finish, decorate the top of the cake with more filling and berries or other toppings of your choice.

- 1 package of store-bought crepes
- 1 tub of whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
- Lay a crepe on a plate. Spread cream cheese on it and add a layer of strawberries. Repeat until you have a stack of 8 to 10 crepes.
- Decorate the top with more strawberries or other fruits or toppings of your choice.
