Y’all, let me tell you about this Beef Stroganoff recipe I found. It’s so good, I just had to share it with y’all. Now, I know some of y’all might not have heard of Beef Stroganoff before, but trust me when I say it’s a dish you wanna try.
Recipe 1: Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth to skillet, stirring constantly.
- Add Dijon mustard and stir to combine.
- Return beef to skillet and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
