Ingredients:
– 1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
– 1 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 tbsp. butter
– 1 small onion, sliced
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish:
– Fresh parsley, chopped
– Egg Noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Add the butter to the skillet and allow to melt. Add in the onion and mushrooms and cook until tender. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 3: Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir until well combined. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4: Return the beef to the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook until the sauce has thickened to desired consistency. Turn off heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Add in the sour cream, stirring gently until well combined.
