The Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles, cooked according to the package instructions
