Mmm, y’all gon’ love these twice-baked potatoes! They so good, they gonna have you smacking your lips and lickin’ your fingers clean. Trust me, with just a few shortcuts, you gonna have these potatoes on your table in no time.

First, we gonna start with some big ole baked potatoes. We gonna slice them open, scoop out the insides, and mix ’em with some cheese, butter, and sour cream. Then, we gonna put that mixture back in the potato skins and bake ’em again until they nice and crispy on the outside and hot and creamy on the inside.

Now, this next recipe gonna make your eyes pop out your head. It’s called a blooming baked potato, and it’s as beautiful as it is delicious. We gonna slice the potato in a fan shape, but be careful not to cut all the way through. Then, we gonna stuff that potato with cheese and bacon and bake it to perfection.

For the twice-baked potatoes, we gonna need:

– 4 large baking potatoes
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– ½ cup sour cream
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste

And for the blooming baked potatoes, we gonna need:

– 4 large baking potatoes
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 green onions, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Now, y’all ready to get cookin’?

For the twice-baked potatoes:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Wash and dry your potatoes, then prick them all over with a fork.
3. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 50 minutes, until they are tender.
4. Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes, then slice them in half lengthwise.
5. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes and put them in a large mixing bowl.
6. Add the cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl and stir everything together until it’s well combined.
7. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins, then put them back on the baking sheet.
8. Bake the potatoes for another 15-20 minutes, until they are crispy on the outside and hot and creamy on the inside.

For the blooming baked potatoes:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Wash and dry your potatoes, then carefully slice them in a fan shape, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 50 minutes, until they are tender.
4. Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes, then carefully separate the slices of the potatoes.
5. Mix together the cheese, bacon, butter, green onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
6. Spoon the mixture into the sliced potatoes, making sure to get it in between all the slices.
7. Put the stuffed potatoes back on the baking sheet and bake them for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bacon is crispy.
