Who doesn’t love potatoes? They’re delicious and can be prepared in so many ways. Today, I’m excited to share with you a new recipe that I recently discovered – Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes with Herb Butter. They’re crispy, flavorful, and the perfect side dish for any meal.
Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes with Herb Butter
This recipe requires only a few ingredients and is super easy to make. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping occasionally.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add the chopped herbs and mix well.
- Drizzle the herb butter over the cooked potatoes and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately.
