Hey y’all, I don’t know about you but I love me some good ol’ steak. And I came across two yummy beef steak recipes that I just had to share with you guys.
The first recipe is a BEEF STEAK from Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe in Bangladesh. Y’all know us black folks love our meat, so this is definitely a treat. Here’s how you can cook it yourself:
BEEF STEAK Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 beef steak (200g)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef steak with salt, black pepper and garlic paste for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add in the butter and olive oil.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the beef steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steak over and cook for additional 3-4 minutes to your preferred level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
