One of my all-time favorite meals is Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff. I mean, what’s not to love? Tender beef, hearty mushrooms, and savory sour cream all come together for a flavor explosion in your mouth! And the best part? You can make it in your slow cooker and let it simmer to perfection while you go about your day.
To make this delicious dish, you’ll need:
-1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-1 1/2 cups beef broth
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-8 oz. sliced mushrooms
-1/2 cup sour cream
-12 oz. egg noodles, cooked
First, brown the beef in a skillet with some oil. Then, transfer the meat to your slow cooker, along with the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When it’s done cooking, stir in the sour cream and serve over the cooked egg noodles. Voila! You’ve got yourself a meal fit for a king.

Stir the mushroom soup mixture into the beef and onion mixture, along with the sour cream. Cook until heated through. Serve over the cooked egg noodles.
