Okay y’all, today I’m gonna share with you my favorite ground beef stroganoff recipe. It’s so easy and so delicious, you won’t even believe it. And for all my busy folks out there, you can even make it in a crock pot!
Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Egg noodles, cooked
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, then drain.
- Add mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles, cooked
Instructions:
- Place beef, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, water, and mushrooms in a slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked egg noodles.
So there you have it, two delicious and easy ways to make beef stroganoff. I like to serve mine with a side of steamed veggies, like broccoli or green beans. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
