To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Then, gather your ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup butternut squash puree (you can make this by roasting some butternut squash and then blending it up in a food processor)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
