Hey y’all! Fall is finally here and I’m excited to share with you a delicious recipe that’s perfect for the season – cinnamon roasted butternut squash! This dish is not only tasty, but also super easy to make. Just follow the steps below!
Cinnamon Butternut Squash Roasted with Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Peel the butternut squash and remove the seeds. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Add the butternut squash to the bowl and mix well, coating all the pieces with the seasoning mixture.
- Spread the squash out on a baking sheet, making sure there is space between each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
