Pork and Cabbage Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
• 1 pound ground pork
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
• 1 large carrot, grated
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
3. In another large bowl, combine the shredded Napa cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
5. Add the cabbage mixture to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until the cabbage is wilted.
6. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
7. To assemble the egg rolls, spoon about 1/4 cup of the pork and cabbage mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture and egg roll wrappers.
8. Brush the egg rolls with a bit of vegetable oil.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
10. While the egg rolls are baking, prepare the dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
2. Serve the egg rolls hot, with the dipping sauce on the side.
