Oh my goodness, have y’all ever had Bacon Cheeseburger Dip? It’s a game changer! I recently stumbled upon two different recipes for this delicious dip, so of course, I had to try them both and share the love with you all.
Bacon Cheeseburger Dip Recipe #1
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add chopped onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese and cheddar cheese and stir until melted and fully incorporated.
- Transfer mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Bacon Cheeseburger Dip Recipe #2
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add crumbled bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Both recipes are amazing! The first one has a strong mustard flavor, while the second one has a creamier texture. You can’t go wrong with either one and they’re both perfect for game day or a party. Enjoy!
