Today, I have a heavenly recipe to share with you all! It’s a creamy and delicious homemade cheesecake that is sure to melt in your mouth. With the combination of a rich graham cracker crust and a smooth and silky cheesecake filling, this dessert is irresistible!
Creamy Homemade Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan and set it aside.
- Using a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar together until creamy and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add heavy whipping cream and mix until it’s fully incorporated. Make sure to not overmix.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake the cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
