Today, I have a heavenly recipe to share with you all! It’s a creamy and delicious homemade cheesecake that is sure to melt in your mouth. With the combination of a rich graham cracker crust and a smooth and silky cheesecake filling, this dessert is irresistible!

Creamy Homemade Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan and set it aside.
  4. Using a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar together until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Add heavy whipping cream and mix until it’s fully incorporated. Make sure to not overmix.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling into the pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake the cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.

No-Bake Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  1. Pulse digestive biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix together biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set it aside.
  3. Using a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until it’s set.
  8. Slice and serve, and enjoy this delightful no-bake vanilla cheesecake!
