– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

To make the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and fluffy. Add in the sugar, flour, and vanilla extract, and continue beating until all ingredients are combined. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add in the sour cream and continue to mix until the filling is creamy and well combined.
