Our second recipe comes from My Sweet Zepol and boy, oh boy – this one will knock your socks off. The Best Dairy-Free Cheesecake is made with cashews instead of cream cheese, and the result is nothing short of amazing. To make this cheesecake, you’ll need:

– 1/2 cup of coconut oil
