Easy Protein Cheesecake with a Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated erythritol
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine almond flour and melted butter in a small bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
Step 2: Make the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in erythritol and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in whey protein powder until fully combined.
