- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined. Add in eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream and continue to beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.

- Bake for 55-65 minutes until the edges are set but center of the cheesecake is still slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool at room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla extract and continue to beat until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Arrange the mixed berries on top.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
