- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cooking your fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and add the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side, until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
