Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
