1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken breasts

2 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
8 oz. of fettuccine pasta

Instructions:

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain the water when the pasta is al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until they are no longer pink and are cooked through. Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set them aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream, stir well, and bring it to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, and stir until the cheese melts completely.
Slice the chicken breasts and add them to the skillet. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the sauce. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Ingredients:

Turn on the Instant Pot and press the “Sauté” button. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and chicken breasts. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is slightly browned.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and close the Instant Pot lid.
Press the “Manual” button and set the timer for 8 minutes.
When the timer goes off, do a quick release. Open the Instant Pot lid and add grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thickened.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water in a separate pot. Drain the pasta when it is al dente.
Add the cooked pasta to the Instant Pot and stir it well with the sauce. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
