Blackened Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
Instructions:
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add in the chicken. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and mix in heavy cream until it comes to a simmer.
- Add in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until fully melted and combined.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Mix the cooked fettuccine in with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve hot and top with the blackened chicken.
