First, preheat your oven to 375°F and start preparing the chicken. You’ll need boneless, skinless chicken breasts, which you should cut into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 2 tablespoons of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Once the chicken is done, add it to the saucepan with the sauce and stir everything together. Let everything simmer for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened up to your liking.
Now, it’s time to plate up! Spoon some rice onto a plate, then top with the chicken tikka masala. Garnish with finely chopped fresh cilantro and enjoy!
And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can always customize the recipe to your liking. Add some extra veggies to the sauce, or swap out the chicken for another protein like shrimp or tofu.
