- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 10 to 12 equal portions and shape each into a round patty approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown on the outside and hot and moist in the center.

2. Fold in the crabmeat, taking care not to break the large lumps. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to firm up.
3. Preheat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil. Once melted, add the crab cakes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
