Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Creole mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
