Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the crab meat and mix well.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

- Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the crab cakes set.

- Add a tablespoon of oil and cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve hot.
