Absolutely Badass Crepe Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cups of water
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar (if making sweet crepes)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if making sweet crepes)
- Extra butter or non-stick cooking spray for the pan
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla extract (if making sweet crepes).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or non-stick cooking spray to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for about 1 minute or until the edges start to lift away from the pan.
- Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds, until lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
- Serve with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries, whipped cream, or Nutella.
Easy Moroccan Crepes
Ingredients:
