Hey there my lovely people! Today I’m going to show you how to make some amazing crepes that will knock your socks off! Crepes are one of my absolute favorite things to make because they’re so versatile – you can have them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert!
So, without further ado, let’s jump straight into the recipe!
The Perfect Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Slowly stir in the milk and water, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Add in the salt and melted butter, stirring until everything is fully incorporated.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip it over and cook for another minute. Once both sides are lightly golden brown, remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.

Easy Crepes Recipe
Oh my goodness, these crepes are amazing! They’re so easy to make, and the end result is just irresistible. I could eat these all day, every day!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt until fully combined.
- Add in the milk and vanilla extract, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, whisking lightly after each addition.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip it over and cook for another minute. Once both sides are lightly golden brown, remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
