Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until everything is well-combined.
- Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat.
- Spoon a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl it around to create a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to crisp up and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the crepe over and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown as well. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
- Fill your crepes with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, or jam. Enjoy!
